Educator, Father, a guy who put bad people away. He left
his mark on the City of Los Angeles and all the people
he came in contact with. Commander Homer Broome, though gone too soon, he remains a strong image to those of us who
held him dear. A hero for all of us to emulate always. He did a stint with Fed. Gov @ the behest & during the administration of Pres. J. Carter as a Police Laison offering grants to communities around the US. Something the gov stopped doing and are just now saying the Police and communities should become better aquainted. It's about time!
